We offer two fully equipped training centers at Ayer@8, Precinct 8, Putrajaya. Our training centers are suitable for workshops, corporate training, meetings, seminars, and technical labs. Our centers are designed for professional and learning-focused activities. All bookings include meals and full access to amenities.
OrenG Academy Centre of Excellence (COE)

Ohsem Minds Training Centre

Yes. Room layout can be arranged based on your requirements, such as:

Layout requests should be confirmed prior to the event date.
By default, laptops or desktop computers are not included in the rental. Participants are expected to bring their own devices.
Yes. Renters are free to engage their own trainers, facilitators, or vendors, provided all activities comply with the center’s usage policies.
However, we strictly maintain our own catering for food and beverages.
Operating hours are strictly during business hours. We are not operating on weekends or public holiday.
Parking bays are available within the Ayer@8 area. The parking rate is currently published as RM1/hour.
Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance of the quotation and completion of the required payment. Full payment or deposit terms will be communicated during booking confirmation.
